I have a 48" Bartell power trowel in good condition. Has a 9 horse Honda motor that runs good. I just put a brand new belt and brand new never used 8" x 18" combination blades. Starts mostly on first pull and looks great has a dent by serial plate and concrete build up is very slight. Gear box has a little seep of oil but most do. Has a nice safety switch that is triggered if you lose the handle and it spins. The motor is a Honda GX 270 and parts are easy to get. Everything works good. My dad and no longer pour concrete so we selling out. The manual is easy obtain online, this is a Bartell B-446. Multiquip MQ Whiteman JA45H Power trowel This unit is in good shape and ready to go to work. This model has the coveted quick pitch feature as opposed to the standard handle. This unit come's with a Honda 5.5 hp engine. The engine starts very easily with one pull and also recently had a tune up. The engine had the carburetor replaced when I bought it. Deadman switch on handle operates correctly and shuts unit off in case of emergency. The gearbox is quiet with no noise. Very smooth operator! Trowel needs the 4 blades replaced, we used it with these blades and it worked fine, although they are worn.
