This is in perfect working condition for as far as I can tell. The functions that was used this for most were the basic lenght, and area measurements, so I never used this for the additional features. This has free shipping, and is insured. I try to ship the next business day after the payment has been made and answer all questions the same or next day. Although priority mail is generally delivered 2-3 day to most US destinations they do not guarantee this and must allow up to 21 days for delivery.
