This listing is for the above shown 120V Wind-lock brand hot wire foam cutter. It is being sold for parts or not working. Due to the fact that the wire will not heat up, and it may be missing other parts. It may work fine, and we are testing it incorrectly, I don't know. It probably needs a new power unit or relay or fuse or something. Maybe new contacts for the wire, or maybe there is a safety switch that needs to be activated, I don't know. It was purchased at a local industrial equipment auction. The unit has a power cord that plugs into a standard grounded 120v wall outlet. When we bought it it was wrapped in plastic to protect the wire, which is intact. It is a big unit. Dimensions are approx: 59"L x 25"W x 26"T The board mounted on the base is 57"L x 20"W. There are springs and slides in the hot wire ... moreassembly that allow the the cutter to be adjusted up and down. Due to weight class restrictions for shipping, this will be shipped in 2 separate boxes, so it will require minor reassembly upon arrival. Item is well used, and shows signs as such. Lighted switch comes on when plugged in, but Hot wire does not heat up when plugged in.
