My measurements on the cutting teeth open was 3/16" inside to 7/16" of an inch on the outside, which is labeled as cutting bolts sized 1 through 4. Cutters are 14" inches in length. Made is HKP Boston. Mass and marked U.S. N so not sure if this was a U.S. Navy marking. Unsure. Era is from late 1890's and into the 1930's. Very nice condition. Clean and complete.
