this gun is nice all work as manufactured. the hose does have residue on it.See pics i just noticed in pics the tubes look discolored they arent. the head unit has been checked and or rebuilt(needed parts only) such as o rings fiber washer etc. the head unit and 2.5 oz. tube are very nice.The hose and 6 oz. tube have or may have reside(hose mainly on this) 6 oz. tibe may have etching or ding and scratches(see pics) you will be getting a solid tool that operates as manufactured. buy with confidence. in one pic u can see how i get the tubes, i process them and clean as best i can. see pics. you can remove pistol grip and use as standard paddle head unit

Up for your consideration is a Semco Model 507 high pressure sealant injection gun. This gun is used in the aviation industry as well as for sealing gas tanks. It is in very good condition with only minor scratches. Please ask any questions you might have. Make sure to look at the other tools and equipment that I currently have listed. The Semco model 507-A high pressure injection gun is designed for the post assembly injection of MIL-S-8802/AMS-S-8802 Class B sealants into confined areas and voids. Including channel sealing and areas that require material to be injected through small orifices under pressure. The Semco model 507-A gun is designed to accept sealants that are prepackaged in Semco® 6 oz. polyethylene cartridges and equipped with a Semco plugged wiper plunger. The gun cap is threaded to accept a 1/8″ pipe thread needle nozzle ... moreor zerk type connector. The ram rod has a diameter of 3/16″ and a stroke of 1″ Each forward stroke delivers.027 cubic inches of material. Air pressure on the power head piston is multiplied by a factor of 40:1 at the nozzle end of the ram rod.
