The stand has a small parts tray and barrel holder it holds the main unit on its side to save space. It does have glue residue in the tray and other spots but does not affect its use. Nordson EFD Valvemate 7000 Single Valve Controller
I don't have an air supply readily available to test this. But it powers up and flashes AIR, P 0, which according to the manual is the low air alarm- I would expect this to be the case given that there's no air hooked up to it. Shows absolutely no damage, and worked the last time it was used(about 3 years ago) I can't guarantee it hasn't frozen up sitting on a shelf, but I doubt is has and these are relatively fixable.
