EFD 800 GLUE SYSTEM
Hardly used EFD 800 Glue System. We used this in one of our manufacturing products for a few months several years ago then stored it away. The unit works as designed. However we can not find the air hose so that will have to be purchased. There is almost a full box of large syringes with plungers, and a box of plungers for a smaller syringe which there are none left. There are no tips, but the system had the syringe adapter for both the large and smaller one. EFD 800[NEEDS Repair] Controlled Air Fluid Dispenser Sold as a Complete. But needs repair unit. Tested pressure. Pressure settings, the pressure control relay buzzes but did sort of work so we are pretty sure it is the problem. The air pressure control is a MAC model 35A-AAA-DACA-1BA and can be seen in the picture below on the upper right side, this part needs to be replaced for this EFD 800 to work properly.
