It's complete with hopper, lid and plasic grinds catcher. These things are serious business being designed for commercial use and its size, power and weight refects this. I think this is the better version as it has 80 clicks as opposed to the more common 40 click collars. Its general condition is okay. Some wear on the paint and pitting on the chrome. This is a working Rossi RR45 Espresso coffee mill machine. This is for the serious coffee maker in your family and for restaurants. This has two things wrong with it. First you can see there is no top lid where your coffee beans go. This does not affect the running of the machine. Second in picture 10 there is a long crack in the plastic bean container. Again this does not affect the machine or the holding of the beans. I did clean it up the best i can and did run a few beans through it and it works fine. I switched out the burrs that came with this with brand new ones when I got it a few years ago. I am sending both sets of burrs as there is tons of life left in both of them(new burrs retail for $40. I also upgraded the adjustment collar from the stock 40 step collar to an 80 step collar. Effectively doubling the grind adjustment precision. This upgrade part cost about $40 and is no longer available, making this a unique and more functional model. The 80 step ... morecollar is installed but I'm also sending the 40 step collar. Note that this unit is missing the little plastic tamper that attaches to the doser. I always use a real metal tamper so this didn't matter to me. Also note that a plastic piece is broken off the base of the unit. Purely cosmetic. And the removable plastic spill container is cracked. Also cosmetic. I have regularly taken apart and cleaned the unit. Though as you can see from the photos it is not absolutely pristine. But rest assured it is in great working order.
