Nuova Simonelli MDX coffee grinder (Excellent Working Condition)
This grinder was purchased new in 2003 for a coffee shop that my wife owned for 5 years. When she sold the shop in 2008. This grinder was kept. It was refurbished a few months before the shop was sold. Besides the normal service, the base was replaced(She forgets why) It's been in temp. controlled storage for the last 4 years. The hopper was broken at one time and was glued. The pics I've included should show that. We have lost the lid to the hopper along the way. Up for auction is one of my Nuova Simonelli MDU Commercial NSF ETL listed Espresso Coffee Grinders. I used this grinder in my shop up until the day I closed the doors and I am pretty sure(but am not 100% positive. that was a while ago) that I replaced the burrs within the last 4-6 months of operation of the business so they should have plenty of life left in them. I just turned on the grinder and it fired right up. This is an wonderful grinder with a simple to use infinite adjust knob; much more accurate and easier to use than grind adjust collars on other grinders. Purchased from Nuova Simonelli in October. 2012, this MDX Grinder has been pampered and used for my home roasting. Intended for a cafe. This grinder never left our storage area. Never washed, this MDX retains a smackrel of bean oils. Good grinder parents don't use soap on the interior of the bins to eliminate chemical contamination of beans and their oils.
