Used, looks very good or better, works great. I put in some distilled water, connected the hoses and powered it up, I set the temp and it warmed up the water up to the set point and then stayed there as it should. Send it back for a full refund. No original box or manual, but instructions are right on top of the unit. Very important: to raise or lower the temp it says to hold the C button on the the top left front where there is the CSZ, the C is the touch pad. Weighs 5 lbs 3 ounces without hoses and pad, those weigh 1 lb 7 ounces. Shipping will be 20.00 for a rg non flat rate box with tracking. This unit is in good shape. The body is slightly yellowed probably from being exposed to sunlight. But this is purely aesthetic and does not effect functionality. I've tested the unit to power on. I was able to adjust the settings. There are three settings that can be adjusted: oscillation frequency(5-20Hz) Force(1-10) and duration of treatment(in minutes) I was able to adjust all of those with no issues. The unit does appear to function as it should. If you have any issues with it I'll make it right. This unit has about 220 hours on it.
