This grinder also has a reset button. ► The base had some rubber washers but they are worn so I removed them but I will include the attaching bolts and one good washer. Replacement washers could be used and probably found at a hardware store. Or just place the grinder on a small piece of plywood. ► This grinder is HEAVY! Meat Grinder Cylinder Auger Ring attachment for Butcher Boy? Biro? Hollymatic?
This is an original grinder attachment for a commercial meat grinder. I am not sure what it fits. Most likely it fits a Biro. Butcher Boy or Hollymatic. It is made of American steel and includes the three parts shown. The cylinder end is 3 3/16" diameter which is the size#22. It is very heavy and does show some rust. If you have any questions drop me a note. The square drive is 1" and the cylinder housing is 2 3/4" round where it mounts into the machine. Very heavy part. This part will not fit Hobart.

It Grinds Coffee& Grains on one side and the other Grinds Meat into Ground meats. I removed it from an old Butcher Shop where it was hard wired into the counter. It was a sight to see this item sitting there along with the Hobart slicer. Hobart scale, and old butcher block and cleavers. auction only for the grinder) Well today I am giving up the Large Rare item to make room for other things. It is an awesome sight in person. The base measures about 15"sq. It is 38"end to end, from the base to the top of the motor it measures about 27" The top of the coffee carafe to the bottom of the coffee/ grain holder it measures about 36"h. The Meat tray is about 12 1/2"dia with a 2 1/2" ... morehole in it x about 2" deep. It has its old time wooden meat pusher and it is in nice shape( it is 11"lg x 2 1/4"dia) The coffee carafe up top measures about 9"dia x about 11 1/2" without lid. This piece has some damage to it at the bottom. The bottom coffee/ grain catcher measures about 9.5"h x about 8"w x about 15" handle to spout. The on/ off switch is located at the base It came with 10 cross cutter blades and 3 round blades. It is an iconic piece of machinery for its age. Yes you can find the meat grinders and the coffee grinders by Hobart but have you ever seen this one? It needs to be wired into an outlet& an overhauling to get it really cleaned up. The brass plate on this item is marked: HOBART Manufacturing Co Troy O USA: no 148017. Volt 110, HP 1, Class IR83425EF, Motor D23691, Speed 1750, Phase 1, Cycles 60, Amp 14. Hi. You are looking at a cast iron tinned meat grinder made by Enterprise. It features a wooden handle and'Pat. Jan.30.83 Apl.13.86, Philadelphia U.S.A. on one side. It has been left in its original condition with no restorations. It has more of a gray appearance than silver. There is rust throughout and some small spots of paint. The interior looks nicer but is also rusty. The strain plate has surface rust as well. The copper ring on the wooden handle has turned green and is loose. The handle turns but does make a lot of noise. It sits flat on a flat surface and is able to be screwed down. It is complete and appears to work properly. Pieces look much better when disassembled.
