Vintage HOBART AS-200 Commercial Mixer for Parts a/o Repair
From an area school system which no longer prepares meals for the kids. This particular unit runs. But the gears do not properly engage all of the time. When the gears do engage, 85% or so of the time, the mixer performs as I expect it to. Also the switch has a selection for"STIR" which accomplished nothing from what I can tell. The paint is obviously in need of a do-over. The cord has an area with electrical tape which is generally a sign that it needs a new cord. I have the head removed from the stand for shipping, too heavy for UPS as a whole. I also have the lift handle linkage disconnected. Please ask any questions. Blodgett Oven Hobart Mixer Dough Sheeter Restaurant Equipment
This is a perfect lot for anyone starting a restuarant or bakery. Included in this lot is a Blodgett Convection oven. I am not sure of the model but I know it is a nice one. It is set up for propane but I do not have a tank(you can have them converted easily) I have seen them range from 3k to 8k new. I also have a 10 or 20 quart mixer maybe twenty. Not sure how to measure. There is an electric dough sheeter for rolling out and sizing dough. Lastly, there is a partial ventilation system including the hood and some other pieces(no motor) The oven and mixer have been refinished to look nice and all is in perfect working order(purchased from a church in Florida) The oven's legs will have to attached as they where taken off to fit on the trailer. Hobart Mixer Industrial Wire Whisk for 30qt mixer??
This is a stainless steel industrial wire whisk. It was rescued out of an old Sizzler Restaurant. It is in good condition. You can see the detail in the photos. There are 36 wires around the head. I have searched all over the internet to find what size bowl this would fit withput any luck so I am including as many measurements as I can. It measures approximately 15" tall and 7 3/4" at the widest point. The opening on top is 1 1/4" and the opening including the nipple opening is 1 1/2" I hope this helps.

Here we have a very nice quality vintage"KitchenAid" Hobart white countertop stand MIXER(Model 3-C. 200 Watts) with 10-speeds, a glass BOWL and BEATER attachment made by HOBART MFG. CO. of Troy, Ohio. It is in fair to good maintained(used) condition in fine working order with no chips or cracks to the glass bowl, but does show minor scuff/scratch marks and minor paint fleck loss here and there on the mixer from age and use.all of which are not offensive and to be expected. The mixing bowl locks tightly into the stand base and can hold up to 3 quarts. Came from a private collection of many years, however the exact age is unknown, circa 1950's. For Sale. A Vintage KitchenAid Stand Mixer METAL Food Chopper/ Grinder from Hobart Mfg Acquired as part of my Grandfathers estate. Although very confident it was my Grandmothers, the attachment was located on the storage shelves in the basement, along with several other attachments, which will be listed shortly The Food Chopper appears to be only very slightly used- it is very clean. I would bet it was used only a few times, as the bottom of the wood stomper shows only minimal wear. The wood stomper does have what I would think is a manufacturing error on the side– looks like a chip, although it is smooth to the touch.
