Hard to find KitchenAid Pastry Knife- used for cutting shortening into flour. I am not sure exactly which model this is for. Or if it works with both. I do not have the machine, but will be listing the attachments within the next few weeks. This Pastry Knife is not aluminum as a magnet sticks to it. It is shiny and somewhat heavy. It measures approximately 7 3/4" long and is 4 1/4" at the widest point. The slot to attach the beater looks somewhat like the letter J. I would say this is in excellent condition.
