Hobart Stacker Slicer
This slicer because it is used is being sold as is. For sale is a used Hobart Slicer. I do not have a manual for it. I purchased it at an auction with other equipment. From what I can tell all the parts are there. Although I dont see a sharpener. It powers on and will move the carraige and meat pusher and count down the number of slices it makes. The control board seems to work fine it will program straight slices or circle pattern for platters. I dont know to much else about it. Up for bidding is a vintage Heavy Duty Commercial Digital Deli Meat Scale made by Hobart. This scale does power up. When it's turned on. It continues to blink its display and does not get out of that mode. There is also a cut printer cable coming out of the bottom. A new printer cable will be needed to use that option once the scale is debugged or properly reset before being used. The scale itself is a 30 x.01 lbs. scale. The plastic housing and keypad are in good condition. The stainless steel top is ding free and also in good condition. Every portion of the numbers in the front and back displays light up as they should when plugged in. There is a small crack in the upper right hand corner of the displays red plastic lens. There are no pieces missing out of the plastic and it does not come near the digital numbers being displayed. The ... morered paint covering the bottom of the scale has flaked off in quite a bit of areas. But being the bottom, it's not really that visible once it's on a counter top. There is a stamping on the riveted metal tag on the bottom which reads 287-329 TC. I'm not sure if this stamping indicates the model number or the serial number. The paint and lettering on that riveted metal tag is pretty much gone making it hard to know what the stamping is for. Overall. This is a nice used heavy duty Hobart commercial scale that might just need a simple reset or worst case scenario to be debugged.
