We have for your viewing and bidding pleasure an antique and/or vintage collectible small metal scissors. It has very small jaws that are ¼” Just before the handle the finger and thumb loops curve upward. Stamped on one side of the right frame at the top it has MARKS GERMANY 831. The metal is in its natural aged patina. From the tip of the jaws to the end of the handle it is 3 3/16” long. From outside of the loop handle to the outside of the other it measures 2 1/16” We believe them to be used in the medical field.
