It comes in tact with the connection diagrams and usage instructions, see the pictures it is glued to the inside to cover. The outside of the case is rusty but the inside is pristine all knobs and lettering are intact and not damaged. The Amp meter has the original test leads with the old fabric type insulation. The test leads for the voltage meter were replaced some time ago.
