There are a few minor scratches on the item but nothing that will effect the functionality of the item. The dial is in good condition along with the two sets of power connections. Up for Buy-it-Now here is a Brand New Vintage Windings PULTEC Style EQP-1A Toroidal Audio Filter Inductor Coil Up for Buy it Now here is a new product from my company Vintage Windings. This is not like most other replacement inductors for Pultec EQs. Most others are either cheap ferrite pot core or shell core inductors. The first original Pultecs used two toroidal coils that were switched in combination to make the necessary values. The later EQP-1A's used one tapped toroid. This toroid is like the later style. It is a slightly larger than original. This coil has a MPP Core(Molybdenum Permalloy Powder Core) that was specifically chosen for this application. It was wound using the same techniques used by Western Electric for winding toroids. Western Electric was responsible for the design of the EQP filter section as it was licensed by ... morePultec for use in the EQP-1A.
