This auction is for a MASSIVE Aluminum Heat Sink that can be used for car stereo systems, computer applications, power distribution systems, concert amps, etc. There is a solid 20 pounds of pure aluminum! This heat sink measures approximately 25 3/8" X 5" X 4" There is a total of 8 center fins in the middle with no gaps in between the fins for mounting, plus the two outer side wall fins. The inner fins alone stand about 3 inches high. There are various pre-drilled and threaded holes in the bottom of the unit and the side rails for mounting. You can use these or drill and tap you own for your application. Well machined. I think this could be an excellent setup for a stereo system, just adjust it to suit your needs. Returns will not be accepted due to compatibility issues. History: The board died on this netbook due to a dc jack problem in July of 2011. We purchased it new in December of 2010. Prior to the dc jack breaking. The netbook functioned perfectly and was used very gently. It was even working on battery power until the battery lost power. In total we used this for approximately 7 months, stored it and brought it cross country where it sat in storage since July of 2011. Be that as it may. You may find very slight scratches or scuff marks that are not visible ... morein the photographs. These may be noticeable upon close inspection. I have made every attempt to photograph any flaws in any of the items related to this specific item.
