I'm not sure if this is a rectifier. Diode or what. I pulled it from a 6-12V 60amp battery charger with a 250a boost. The charger had to convert AC to DC and this is the only part inside that could do it so I'm assuming it's a bridge rectifier. I included a picture of the transformer and the charger for reference only. They aren't included. It was a working charger before I tore it apart to harvest the timer.

This is a custom OEM laser module made by Coherent for a large bio-medical company. These modules have TEC-thermal electric cooler. Large heatsink, fan, a narrow band pass filter at output and a control wire. I have some that are working perfect and are pretty nice, I have some that are partially taken apart- but the laser module 10mw 635nm works fine.
