For sale is a very lightly used(only powered on a total of 3 times for less than 30 seconds each time) 2W 445nm blue laser diode module and power board. Includes manufacturer’s Buyer's Guide, manufacturer’s specification sheet, and one pair of 190nm-540nm Blue/Violet/Green laser light eye protection safety glasses. Module is in near perfect. Like new condition. As mentioned above, module was only powered on and tested very briefly, and has no scratches, nicks, wear or other blemishes. Module is 100% functional, and is exactly as shipped/received from manufacturer. Even without making any adjustments. Not even focusing the beam, which I'm sure would make it significantly more efficient, it burned a hole clear through one side of a typical brown corrugated cardboard box in roughly 15 seconds from 20 feet(box starts smoking in about ... more3 seconds) I would definitely wear the safety glasses any time this module is going to be turned on for any amount of time. High Power 40 Watt External Cavity Laser Diode Chip Arrays 976nm Lot of 5
This is a lot of 4 high power microchip lasers made by Novalux. They make a 40 watts of power at 976nm in a 1. by 1 cm beam. The laser chips have a line of several 1-3 watt vertical cavity emitters and are pre-mounted on synthetic diamond heat spreader chips. They require 30-40A at about 2V. A very good heat sink, and an external output coupler to work properly. They were intended to be used with a frequency doubler to make blue light for some kind of research application. One of the chips is damaged, but the damage does not reach the laser chip so it may still be usable. I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.

Potassium Niobate KNbO3 High Power SHG Laser Diode Crystal Optic Part 455nm
This is a potassium niobate crystal for early experiments with directly doubled laser diodes. It is designed for doubling 910nm laser diodes to make 455nm light. It should be usable to make beams a little bluer to 437nm or all the way to yellow green at 561nm. It would be a good doubler for Ti-sapphire. Alexandrite or similar lasers. The crystal is larger than others i've seen, being about 10x10x10mm. It has some laser damage but a 10x5 area is clear and usable. so any laser with a 4mm beam or smaller beam waist would work fine. One thing about KNbO3 is it is extremely temperature sensitive so a good TEC mounting is absolutely required to use it. This is a rare find, I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.

Sensitive Solid State Gamma X-ray Radiation Detector PIN Diode Module Dosimeter
This is a board that has three highly sensitive radiation sensors on it. Two of them are low energy gamma or X-ray detectors. And one is a high energy gamma detector. It has a FET pre-amplifier and some other parts. This assembly is the main board from a high end pager style dosimeter/detector unit. If desired the sensors can be removed for use with other equipment. The LCD drive IC is bad. From my tests, these sensors seem to behave similar to standard PIN photodiodes, and can be treated as such using standard pulse amplifiers designed for light detectors. This makes building your own detector very easy compared to GM sensors! Also, they are a lot more sensitive despite their small size, especially to the lower energy gamma or x-ray bands.
