The LCD Display works fine. But the unit does not respond to signals from the test leads. There are a lot of articles online about how to repair these. I recently obtained a Fluke meter so I won't need to fix this one. Maybe you can use the display to fix yours. Or clean the selector knobs contacts and have this work fine again. It has the fuses in it. The box and manual, but no test leads included. I don't know how well you can see it but the display is lit in this pic.

The AVO-2L-C-GL2-N solid state pulse generator is designed for pulsing laser diodes and other low impedance loads with rectangular current pulses as high as 1.5 amperes and pulse widths as high as 30 ns. The diode load is connected in series with a low-value current limiting resistor between two output terminals. Located on an external module which connects to the AVO-2L-C-GL2-N via a 2 foot long coaxial cable. Output amplitude control is achieved by means of a one turn pot control. High Power Burning Cutting Gold Industrial Coherent Laser Diode & Collimator 25W
This is my LAST ONE! It is a high power gold laser diodes that was in a miniature precision welding machine. I upgraded to the 50W version. So this part is no longer needed. It fits the Optec Mini 2000-25w precision microwelder. 25W at 835nm. It is a used good spare. It takes about 2.3V at 25A to operate and makes an industrial strength burning laser beam out of the lens on the end. The lens is removable to use on other similar laser diodes. These lasers are very hard to find with the lens still attached. See my other listing for the laser delivery fiber optic cable for the remote version. This is the lens used in a high end dpss laser to collimate a 5W pump diode. It could be used with emitters of up to 10W of actual power. Cesium Iodide PMT Tube Photo Diode Gamma X-ray Radiation Scintillation Detector
This is a small 4mm thick and 25mm diameter Cesium Iodide scintillation crystal. It is an unfinished crystal blank. But could be easily polished up using fine grit sand paper and mineral oil, cleaned with DRY acetone, and glued to either a small PMT tube or a large area avalanche photodiode with high grade optical cement. This crystal isn't very hygroscopic like sodium iodide. It has an energy dependent response of the output wavelength making the material very useful for miniature nuclear spectrometers and the like. These crystals alone sell for over 300 dollars each, and are very hard to find- I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.

This was the detector for an X-ray imager unit. It measured the power of the x-ray beam to calibrate the exposure of storage phosphor radiographic plates. The photo diode itself is 5mm square and is mounted on a board with an operational amplifier. The photodiode is sensitive to light as well so you could use it as a highly sensitive light detector for pulsed power measurement and detection. Definitely not something you can get at Radio Shack! Includes 7 pieces of VDR(voltage dependent resistor) with a graphite/carbon rod type look(see picture) AND 15pieces of"stick" rectifier diode of the type typically used in monochrome TV sets. Most of these will be for around 16kV to 20kV. All items are used. They came from a TV service engineers spares box, we do not have the facilities to test high voltage parts here but I think it unlikely they would have been kept if they were u/s. These things usually look burnt up or charred when no good if they have failed catastrophically and all these seem to look OK(see picture) We have tested them on our multimeter ohms range to check none are short circuit and they all seem over 20M(at 9v test from the multimeter) in both directions. No reserve item: Mullard EBL1 in box double diode audio output pentode valves tube regen trf qrp The EBL1 is one of very few double diode audio output pentode valves were designed and was released in 1938. The EBL31 is electrically the same valve but fitted with an IO base cap and was released in 1940. The valve has a common cathode and was intended as a single valve detector and audio stage driving the output transformer(7.000 Ohm primary) and loudspeaker. It would have needed considerable drive at intermediate frequency and the output pentode is of high gain. The main market for this type of valve was simple receivers for local station reception.
