This is a Semtronics Sentinel II EN436STK single workstation continuous resistive grounding monitor. This unit can monitor a single wrist strap and a single work surface ground connection. I believe this monitor is powered from 12VDC. But I do not have confirmation on that. The specifications are Wrist Strap High Limit 10MOhms +/ 10% Low Limit 3.5MOhms +/ 10% Work Surface. Limit Less than 3.5MOhms. These units were taken out of Raytheon and sold at a surplus warehouse along with hundreds of other pieces(everything I bought was in working condition) There is an orange tag on almost every unit which states"Do Not Use" And under"Reason" it says"Out of Service" I believe these units were probably just replaced with new models and thrown into storage around 1998.
