Its purpose is to measure the beta of PNP and NPN transitors, using the multimeter as the beta display device. It slips into the multimeter plug sockets and is locked into place with a clip at the back. Only the adapter is included in this auction. The condition of this item is as follows: The adapter was successfully attached to a Simpson 260 multimeter. However. No electrical tests or measurements were made with it. All panel knobs turn freely. There are some light engraved marks in the upper-front corners from a previous owner. All internal components appear present and in good physical shape. Recent Estate sale find of Miyachi Portable Weld Tester MM315. I do not know how to work this but I was able to power it up. No instruction manual. The individual was a former Engineer. Comes with flexible rubber attachment charger and leather case. Prior owners name is on the inside flap of the larger case. The batteries were not in the unit when I bought it. I did put them in and the seem to be holding a charge. I am not sure how old they are though so I would suggest replacing them. I have the back cover and will replace it for shipment. Cosmetically in very good condition. I have a second unit as well that I will be listing at a future time. I will insure this as these are not cheap units and are HTF.

Up for bids are a Swan Watt Meter. Cobra Power Supply and a Microphone Test Center. They are in working order. The Watt Meter has 5. 50, 100 and 1000 watt switch and a forward reverse switch. It also has some paint chipped off the top. The power supply is made by Cobra and was designed to power mobile radios in the house and has 13.8 volt dc output at 2 amps. It comes with a radio power cord. The mic tester will test Echo and seven different style of mics. I have used this equipment with the Sencor CB42 Analyzer that I have on another listing.
