Up for auction is a great stage lighting fixture/ cable testing tool. It originally(direct from GAM) had Twist-Lock plugs on both ends but I removed them and added Edison plugs to better suit my last location. They should be easy to switch back. The yellow Edison plugs are glued in place with some plastics glue but I'm sure a little bit of force with get them out. Make sure you disconnect the wiring first. ORIGINAL TWIST LOCK PLUGS ARE INCLUDED TO SWITCH BACK IF YOU DESIRE. The Black parts of the plugs are the original ones designed to fit the GamChek. Just swap out the inner part. Never had any issues. Worked great for me before and after the plug switch for both lamps and cables. Have used to lest live outlets as well with no issues. There is a little frosted glass slide at one end of the box that has numbered lines on it, and a little light bulb inside. We don't have a clue what this does, but the word galvanometer appears with other similar items from this company, Leeds& Northrup of Philadelphia. It all looks very clean and new, but the hooks on the outside of the box look antique in an old style. There is an identifying plate on the outside of the box with the name of the company, and Cat. No. 2420C; Serial No 1228075. The outside of the box has a black plate on it with a couple of terminals on the right and a place to plug something in that is labeled 110 volts A.C. There are a few scratches on the outside of the box which measures approx. 8.5"
