1960s Vintage TECO Drill Working Tool Made in Canada by T. Eaton Company
From what I could learn in an online search of tools forums. This drill was manufactured for Eaton's Department Store in Canada. At some point the line was discontinued. I think this drill was manufactured in the 1960s. The drill measures 6" across and 6" tall. It does not have a reverse. The wiring is coming loose, but it can be easily repaired if you pull the wires up through the drill body and secure them. The chuck is included. It works! Up for bid this very nice vintage green matte jardiniere(planter) pottery. I didn't see any maker name and was wondering if it was a well known mark. As I'm not an expert in pottery. I'll let you make your own opinion, after all, it's you the experts. This nice piece measures about 10.5" tall. The opening has a diameter of about 10 3/4" and the diameter of the base is about 7.5" It has some flaws that you can see on pictures due to age. But has no major flaws like cracks. Up for your consideration is this vintage. Hard to find American Terra Cotta(Teco) basket of flowers doorstop. I believe this dates to around the early 1900's. The doorstop is in excellent condition with no cracks or repairs, there are a couple of tiny chips along the bottom edge but these appear to be glazed over, factory flaws) The colors on this are very bright with no fading and the pictures do it no justice. The doorstop is maeked on the bottom: AMERICAN TERRA COTTA, CHICAGO. It measures 6" in diameter and 4 1/2" high, and weights just over 6 pounds. Offered for auction is an antique Teco-style vase. Dimensions are: opening. 2" Height 7.5" and with 7.5" Color is aqua. Flaws are many yet minor: many appearing to have happened during firing. Awesome green studio? vase from the arts and crafts era. Obviously modeled after Teco and other prairie styled items. Signed on the bottom with artist initials of"MR" Measures 9" wide from handle to handle. And 4 1/2" tall. There is a flea bite on the corner of one handle, see pics. And one side, of both handles, shows separation lines from way back when they were applied. You can see that its not a crack, but rather the handle slightly pulled away from the body. This probably occurred during the time between application, and firing. I don't consider this damage, rather character. Flat rate shipping to the lower 48 states will be $12.
