This is a banjo mandalin made by reliance. It comes with the original case which has some damage around one latch. The banjo mandalin is in good playing condition and is a excellent edition to any collection. On my search to find out more history about it I took it to Gruhns which is a world renowned vintage string instrument shop here in Nashville and they dated it early 1900s due to the patent applied for number engraved on the case.
