I tried it on a 9 volt, and it did not work. The prop is not frozen. Cosmetically, looks about good. There is paint wear, loss and white paint has toned to a deep cream color. It may clean and brighten, I did not try. First pic was taken with a flash, so white is brighter than it actually is. Later pics show true color.
