This is a pair of metal Flexible Spouts that fit 5Gal Gerry Gas Cans. The rubber gaskets on the bottom show some wear but are pliable and definitely usable. There is no filter screen in either of these spouts. They have been sitting around for many years on a shelf so they could use a good cleaning but are still flexible.
