It doesn’t have a variable voltage output control, but I am guessing there may be an internal adjustment. Current output has not been tested. Untested other than as described. It has a US plug attached and a rated input voltage of 120V AC therefore an inverter will need to be used to use this in the UK and anywhere else with a 230V AC domestic supply.
