I bought this Buchler power supply about 5 years ago in unknown condition. I went through all of the components and replaced anything that needed replacing at that time. It has served me well for the past 5 years. There is a picture of this running under load in this advertisement. I used this power supply to test high voltage vacuum tubes. Usually running the tubes at 211 triode specifications of 1000vdc at about 50mA or so. It works fine for my purposes. Having said that. It is old and it could fail at any time. So, it is being sold“as is” with no returns accepted. The reason for selling is that I have upgraded to a more sophisticated supply with tighter regulation. You will notice from the pics that this uses some nice big high voltage oil caps in the filter of the supply. Those are desirable parts for other projects. I cannot say how ... moreaccurate the meters are because I always ran this using external modern meters for both voltage and current. Both meters do work. But I wouldn't trust them to be very accurate. Please note. This weighs 49 lbs without packaging. You may end up paying more for shipping than for the item if it requires shipping. This is a used(excellent condition) Tenma 72-2010 laboratory grade analog power supply. 30V 3A. Unlike cheap switcher power supplies, this analog supply produces very low noise output. It can be operated in either voltage regulated or current regulated mode or both(set voltage up to a settable current limit) It has both course and fine adjustments for both voltage and current settings. The current meter has two ranges. It can be configured for either negative or positive ground or isolated output. It can be operated with other power supplies in series or in parallel. Up for sale is an Agilent/ HP 6226A Regulated DC Power Supply. Surplused out from a National Laboratory. It will provide 0-40V at 0-1.5A. And has both coarse and fine adjustments, as well as connectors on the back for remote sensing, voltage programming, etc. Prior to listing. I tested it with a range of different loads. I observed the voltages and currents that I expected, the meter agreed reasonably closely(though not exactly) with mine and I was able to use the current control to regulate the current flowing, keeping it constant as voltage was increased across the same load. It is in good used condition. With some asset control sticker residue, minor scuffs& scratches etc. As with any used equipment, calibration is not guaranteed.
