This is a traveling salesman sample of a BENNETT MANUFACTURING COMPANY from Alden. New York flip-top swing spring loaded door trash can receptacle. It is very close to pristine condition- the only flaws I can see on the trash can is one of the handles inside the galvanized liner has fallen off(looks like it was spot welded) and some white paint from possibly the manufacturing painter smudged the word“PUSH” and transferred it? see pictures. Inside the liner is a piece of canvas that may possibly be a sample of the cloth liner that would be inside the metal liner(not sure? The trash can is painted green and stenciled on one side is“HELP KEEP OUR CITY CLEAN” on the other side is“HELP ... moreKEEP OUR PLANT CLEAN” and on the front is a paper sign(that appears to be what would be personalized when ordered? with“Bennett Bilt” in script, BUY BENNETT RECEPTACLES ALDEN N.Y. Y. and“BENNETT MANUFACTURING COMPANY” Size of trash recepticale: 3.25 inches square X 6.75 inches high or 3 1/4" X 3 1/4" X 6 3/4" This is probably a vary rare find with the case. The case does show some storage wear- check out the pictures- the case has felt on the two sides where the top and bottom of the trash can would rest when inside. Audio Research RPR-1 Remote Power Receptacle
Audio Research Corporation RPR-1 Remote Power Receptacle. This is used to sequentially turn on multiple amplifiers. Late 1970s vintage. This unit is in good cosmetic condition, and includes the special control module to connect to your preamp which signals the RPR-1 to turn on the amplifiers. I tested this and it seems to work okay, but two of the receptacles come on at once(I believe all three should come on at different times) but all receptacles work. Vintage, so sold as-is. The Audio Research flyer is included in the pictures, with more product information. I also have electronic copies of the manual and can send them to the buyer.

The grape motif encircles the entire piece and is also on the cover. This piece measures approximately 4½" tall by 3" wide. The upper rim of the base has a lip which keeps the lid in place.
