This item is for a Topper Toys Johnny Lightning Ricochet race set as shown. The item is in used condition and it has some missing pieces. The parts that are there look pretty good. with a layer of dust though. I don't know enough about them to say what belongs and what is missing. I did a rough count: 20 green straights. 12 orange curves, 1 green curve, 2 counters. and 2 clips. And, there is an instruction sheet. Please know your stuff before bidding. Shipping and handling is $22.00. via the USPS, with in the U.S. Unless requested, we do not ship insured. Though the item will be well packaged, the seller assumes no responsibility for uninsured items. I ship all my items via the US postal service.usually first class or priority, sometimes parcel post, sometimes media mail based on the type and size of package. The USPS is often the most ... moreeconomical; but, not always. It is the most convenient to me because of location. Please note that if my S&H price seems high, the cost is not just the cost of postage. There are other cost considerations. There's the cost of materials. Though I try to recycle as much as possible, I do buy materials such as tape, labels, bubble envelopes, packing materials and so on. Then there's time. Each package takes 15 to 45 minutes to pack. It's not much; but, it adds-up. Finally, there's paypal& ebay fees. Now that ebay owns paypal, we're pretty much stuck using them. Paypal charges 3-4% on everything. including shipping charges. AND, Ebay charges 9% on everything. including shipping charges. If I charge $10.00 for S&H, paypal deducts 30 to 40 cents and Ebay charges 90 cents. That's about $1.25 out of $10.
