2006 Duplo Esper DC-2021 Collator 20+1 bins $4500
This collator will collate and insert up to 20 different sized pieces and place them into a bifolded wrap. We collated up to 37 pieces into our mailer by using two passes. This unit allowed me to go from about 260 employee hours for a production run of 35.000 sets to 36 hours running it myself. For personal reasons we sold our business in 2009 and this machine has been sitting since. It is about 6' tall and weighs around 850# but has wheels.
