2006 Duplo Esper DC-2021 Collator 20+1 bins $4500
This collator will collate and insert up to 20 different sized pieces and place them into a bifolded wrap. We collated up to 37 pieces into our mailer by using two passes. This unit allowed me to go from about 260 employee hours for a production run of 35.000 sets to 36 hours running it myself. For personal reasons we sold our business in 2009 and this machine has been sitting since. It is about 6' tall and weighs around 850# but has wheels. DUPLO DC-10000S with two 10-bin towers. DC-48ST Stacker, DBM-200 Bookletmaker, DC-48TW Trimmer with extended delivery. We have had this system for about 5 years. The counter on the bookletmaker is at 5.6 mil. First tower at 4.2 mil and second tower at 3.1 million. We replaced with a newer Horizon system. It shows wear and age but is in working condition. Recently cleaned the doubles detectors and replaced the main chain. Manuals included plus a box of parts and attachments that came with it. It is still under power and can be tested or inspected prior to purchase. Item can be picked up at our location or the buyer can arrange for shipment at additional cost. No dock at our location. The left hanging arms of 3 are broken but they can still hang as in the pictures. Please note that what you see in the pictures are all that you will get but I will add a power adapter.
