The item pictured is the unit you will receive. I picked up a couple of these units at a company. It is a Coverbind 101 DFS Document Finishing System(Thermal Binding Unit) The unit powers up with movement on the fingers on the inside. And gives instructions on the LCD display on how to proceed. Then after a minute or 2 a fan starts as the black belt on the inside heats up. Unfortunately I am not familiar with these units, so that is about all I can tell you.
