Up for auction is a pair of vintage Jorgensen 10" wood clamps. They are each stamped on both sides"TRADE MARK/jorgensen(in script)REG. U.S.PATOFF.MADE IN U.S.A. and"MADE BY/ADJUSTABLE CLAMP CO.CHICAGO. ILL. Both are in good shape, with some wear and denting from general use over the years. The screw adjusters could definitely use some oiling, and the wood bodies finish is worn. One handle has a crack in it. They hold together well and there is no looseness or cracks in the clamps. This is a very old wooden and metal clamp. It has what looks like"5/0" on the short flat side. It is marked"TRADE MARK Jorgensen REG. US PAT. MADE IN USA. MADE BY ADJUSTABLE CLAMP CO. CHICAGO. ILL. on both sides with half of the wording being on the top segment and half on the bottom segment. A few of the letters are missing because of the depressed metal circles on the tool. Handles are wooden.
