Vacuum table CNC Engraving Milling Router
I have a used vacuum table off a machine used for ultra high precision laser cutting. I believe it was circuit boards. measures 21-1/8" on the outer most dimension on all sides, the effective vacuum area is 19-3/4" square(ignore the felt pen square) the rails attach to the sides and have ultra fine tuning for leveling the table. the vacuum port is locates on the underside and swivals were a hose( looks like 3/4 id) attaches. I'm sure the swival can be modified if clearances are an issue. This is a Dynatorch 5' x 10' CNC plasma table system in great working condition. We replaced it with a laser system recently so it needs a new home. This is not a cheapie unit; it is controlled by four heavy-duty stepper motors with 1/4000 inch resolution. The full gantry has a motor at each end for extremely precise and even motion. We've gotten great results from this machine and it is still in excellent condition. It's easy to operate and is still hooked up so we can demo it and even give you some training. Everything you need comes included. The control unit runs off of an HP PC that sits in its own custom rolling cabinet. Amazingly powerful software is included for converting your DXF files to machine drawings with advanced nesting capabilities. Setting your lead-ins and lead-outs, managing materials, tools, etc. The ... moretorch itself is a Hypertherm Powermax 1650 and we've used it with 100 amp tips to cut through 5/8" thick steel(3/4" thick is max) Cuts 1/2" steel very nicely(see the photo of the truck wheel insert) and is very fast on thin gauge steel using 40 amp Fine Cut nozzles. Great results on stainless and aluminum too(see photos examples of stuff we've cut) Electronic auto height control follows irregular or corrugated metal, slopes, etc. and auto collision detection stops the machine instantly if there is a tip-up collision or other problem. A laser cross-hair allow you to start your cuts precisely where you want and you can speed the machine up, slow it down, make adjustments as you cut with either keyboard or joystick control. It comes with extra consumables(electrodes and tips in 40, 60, 80 and 100 amp) and with the extra-fine nozzles you get a kerf of about 0.050" for small precise cuts and designs. Table has pre-wired limit switches and home switches on both axis. Table comes with Parker compumotor stepper motors on both axis. Motor part number is A/ax83-135. The motors have an extended shaft for easy encoder installation. I believe the table part number is 330242s20elh, however the last digits on the part number badge are worn and not clear. The table is in overall good condition, however one of the plastic ball screw covers is cracked, however this will not affect table performance, see the last photo for clarification. Lagun FTV-1 Manual Vertical Knee Milling Machine, 2 axis CNC table
This mill has a 12" riser between the head and table to add height for larger materials. The riser can be removed if not needed. The table is 9" x 42" It is currently set up for 240v but I can check to see if it can be switched to 480. The CNC works and can be programed in Gcode. I have all the manuals and cd incase the computer goes down. The computer that is included is just an old desk top that was once used as an office computer until the office computers were upgraded. It also has a digital read out that works but it was never use the machine was set up for a cnc program and not really used as a manual mill.

On the Z you can hear the brushes but it has never given me any grief. All 3 motors have built in 1000 or 2000 line encoders so no glass scales. Which means you can buy a 4th motor with encoder and put it on the knee and swap cables for additional Z travel for tall 3d work. Everything moves as it should. There is a chip pan to go around the base of the knee not shown in photos as it makes it hard to get around in a tight shop. Has coolant but I have never used it so I don't know if it works. Also a nice FULL BACK-SPLASH that stops a lot of stray chips. Mill table also has nice tool trays at each end that are handy. Spindle motor has a crack in it around the fan shroud that does not affect operation. The machine includes a hand table jog encoder. The FORWARD|REVERSE or START|STOP is done from the panel of the 1100 Control so that the small touch buttons activate a motor starter to start Spindle. Stepper motor is a"Slo-Syn" synchronous stepping motor manufactured by Superior Electric. Motor type is M062-FD03. 65 oz/in. 200 steps per revolution, 5.3 VDC, 1.6A. Following information on the 200RT courtest of Parkers online web site: The 2 controllers are Daedal PC302R's with a 12 position rear mounted terminal board as well as a 6 pin motor plug. Controllers have a"slew" knob for stepper motor speed control as well as a +/off directional switch knob. Controller will allow as slow as approx 2 pulse/second with a readout indication of.01 degree per pulse clear up to a continous stepper motor operation& continous table rotation. Drivers will drive 4.6&8 lead motors(If the motors are correctly ... morewired externally) Listed output for the controllers is 3.7A@ 24VDC. A 5 position digital readout with XXX.XX degree capability. Readout is fully functional. Elements are bright& clear. Both of the 2 controllers and the rotary indexing table have been fully tested and appear to work as designed. No manuals are included. They were not available at the time) Units are all solid state. Have stand alone built-in power supples as well as fully operational cooling fans. Cabinets have a flip down leg for bench top use as well as carrying handles. Neither the controllers or the rotary indexing table have been checked for degree accuracy or back lash. Again stepper is 200 steps/rev and table ratio is 180:1 so arc/second table rotation may be possible. Please remember this is used equipment.
