Please read the listing and view all pictures before you purchase this item. Offered for your consideration is a Powerstat 3PN126 15 Amp 2.1 KVA Variable Transformer. This is in very good clean condition and doesn't appear to be used very much but I am listing this as used because I can not verify that it is new. I removed the cover to inspect the condition of the condition of the brush and it doesn't show any wear. Refer to picture#3 There is some of the original plastic packaging material stuck to the sides. Refer to pictures#5& 6, I didnt try to remove it because I didn't want to damage the paint, this also has some very small scratches. I tested this to verify that it is in good working condition. I connected this to a outlet that had a voltage reading of 124.2 VAC The output voltage readings were as follows: 10%= 14.2VAC ... more20%= 29.1VAC 30%= 44.3VAC 40%= 59.8VAC 50%= 74.5VAC 60%= 89.4VAC 70%= 104.3VAC 80%= 117.9VAC 90%= 131.9VAC 100%= 147.5VAC This has the instructions which are damaged.
