This item came to me in a large lot of surplus electronics equipment from the state of California. It is in good condition with scuffs and marks showing normal usage. Please check all of the photos. The first photos with the meter connected. Are with the variac in the 0- 120 volt position. If you look at the switch in the first photo with you meter, you can tell it is in the down position, which 0- 120 volts.
