Here up for auction is a neat old vintage dining chair. It's been put up in a dry barn here in our Great Smokey Mountains for some time. It has been light sanded and re stained. It has the old woven style seat but a couple of the strands were broke and needed some TLC. I left the old woven rope seat on but recovered it with new maroon fabric. Now it's a great addition to and bath. Dining or living room as an extra seat when needed. When not in use it just looks awesome. It can still be re woven if desired but like I said.It's great just the way it is now. There's no broken wood anywhere or creeks and still pretty sturdy. Has slight break on the side shown in photo does not effect use of chair at all. Son figure approx: 3" tall. Blonde hair. Brown eyes, blue jumpsuit with white t-shirt tan clogs. Head arms and legs all move. Legs are bendable with no cracks. Slight yellow paint loss on back of hair. All need is some yellow paint and only his barber will know for sure. These are the same scale as Tomy Smaller Homes& Garden Dollhouse items and Lundby Dollhouse items 1/16" scale. The Loving Family items are a slightly larger scale ... more1/12" scale. For auction is one vintage. 1960s-era All Steel Equipment metal swivel chair in fantastic original condition. It is painted a silvery gray color and is upholstered in green vinyl. The upholstery is in perfect condition; not a stitch out of place and free rips, nicks or stains. There is one faint scratch on the back of the back pad, which you can see in the photos. The beautiful, curved base features black plastic protector plates on the ends, and the armrests are made of the same black plastic. The metal parts are free of dings and dents, and the paint is in excellent condition overall, though there are small scuffs and scratches common to use. Much less than one would expect on a chair this age, however. The majority of the scratches are confined to the area where the armrests attach to the backrest(see photos) All mechanical features function ... moreproperly. The entire chair has been thoroughly cleaned, polished and detailed, and the casters will be cleaned and re-lubricated prior to shipping. DIMENSIONS: Seat is 18" wide by 19" deep. The process used in the making of these chairs was"Steam Bent Solid Oak Back" and Bent Seats with the legs made of hardwood dowel construction. This Size C Aeron includes all the adjustment options. Which are listed below. It has the"standard" lumbar support, not the the PostureFit option. This chair is in very good condition, and is fully functional. It is a used chair and there will be rubs and scrapes, particularly on the arm rests which get rotated into computer tables, etc. on a frequent basis. I've tried to make the pictures representative of the chair's condition. The mechanical system has been adjusted and reconditioned as required. As part of preparing these Aeron Chairs for sale.
