For auction is one vintage. 1960s-era All Steel Equipment metal swivel chair in fantastic original condition. It is painted a silvery gray color and is upholstered in green vinyl. The upholstery is in perfect condition; not a stitch out of place and free rips, nicks or stains. There is one faint scratch on the back of the back pad, which you can see in the photos. The beautiful, curved base features black plastic protector plates on the ends, and the armrests are made of the same black plastic. The metal parts are free of dings and dents, and the paint is in excellent condition overall, though there are small scuffs and scratches common to use. Much less than one would expect on a chair this age, however. The majority of the scratches are confined to the area where the armrests attach to the backrest(see photos) All mechanical features function ... moreproperly. VINTAGE WOODEN OFFICE CHAIR This awesome very well built office desk chair has a wooden seat& back. The seat area is 16 x 14 x 2 inches thick. The back rest is 14-5/8 x 21-3/4 inches tall& It can be raised up or down. I will remove the back rest from the metal frame for shipping. This way I can reduce the shipping cost by using a smaller box. The shipping box will be about 20 x 20 x 24 inches in size. The four legs are 17 x 17 inches squared& each one has a caster wheel. There are several metal knobs for adjusting the chair. Some are loose& some are very tight like frozen up. I don't know if they still work well or not?
