The Mesh has some light staining. Mainly at the top of the back. The mesh of the back also has some imprint wear to the area where the lumbar support is. The rubber material covering the padded armrest is a little loose but still functional. The frame has some scuffs and scratches but no major issues. All of the adjustments and casters work well. Good condition. Slight tear on seat back. But mostly cosmetic(does not affect the integrity or functionality of the chair in any way) Why do I say this? Because those holes have been there for many years, and it hasn't gotten bigger. If it really bothers you, you can replace the seat back through Herman Miller for approx. $100. That's the nice thing about this chair. All the parts are replaceable. I bought this about six years ago. And added the adjustable lumbar support feature. This was an add-on, and is absolutely awesome! Most Aeron chairs don't have this. Why am I selling this? Because I am switching to a standing table.
