For sale is a used NAD701 AM/FM receiver. I bought this unit as a project for myself to restore. My current situation requires some thinning of my collection. All the output transistors and their driver transistors replaced. The main filter caps have been replaced also. The original design did not have emitter resistors. I have added these to add to the units reliability. Also a drawback with there units( of this vintage) was their incandescent lamps for the tuning display.I have replaced them with blue LEDs that will last a very long time. How does it sound? Fantastic. I am critical. This receiver has a very warm. Non fatiguing quality to it. This unit would make a great small system control center. It will provide many years of service. Pulled from a 1960's Baldwin organ that was parted out recently. These are great tone caps for humbucker or maybe even some single coil pickups. Some people like getting down into this range of cap for Les Paul's with humbucker pickups. These caps also fit in smaller cavities on guitars. Where some of the paper in oil caps like Sprague Vitamin Q and others like them don't fit as well. Should give you that classic tone that only the old original parts can give you. I've replaced all of the electrolytic capacitors on the logic board with new tantalum capacitors—every computer from this era will eventually get leaky capacitors and will stop working if they're not replaced, so this one is rather future-proof in terms of staying in working order for a long time. Here is a set of 10 PIO audio caps. Made in Japan by Suzuki. These have been TESTED on my Sencore LC102 high end capacitor tester. Each cap reads within 5% of value and they all show almost no leakage- the max was 6 uA at the full 400V rating. As you can see. These are great caps.

As you can see. These are JAN quality caps. These are.47uf and are rated at 300VAC. This just means they are non-polarized and can be used as signal caps in tube amps, etc. I test my caps with a Sencore LC102 tester. This is a super accurate tester that tells us not only what the capacitance is. But also the amount of leakage. Usually, even new caps will read a few microamps of leakage, but these read NONE! They are also spot on in value reading about.482uf. Get these for your tube amp project.

This clean and tested Vemar Telephoto 200mm 1:4.5 lens is a great addition to your classic m42 screw mount 35mm camera or could be fitted to a digital camera using an adapter. Lens serial number is H66946. Lens is clean and free from mold. The glass is scratch free. The Metal barrel has typical scuffing and wear from use with one small silver surface mark. Aperture is sharp and quick with a little oil on the blades which does not affect performance. Focusing is smooth. For sale is a nice B&K ST140 2 channel home power amp. It is in great condition. Someone took care of this amp. There are 2 scratches on the top panel. Please look at all the pictures. B&K put a sticker on the back of their amps indicating model# and serial number. Someone has taken this one off. This amp has new PCB caps installed. They are Panasonic's FC and Cerafine's. I also re greased the outputs with Dow Corning compound. I also checked bias and DC offset. This amp is built great. Quality metal-work. Toroid transformer, high quality parts used throughout. How does it sound? Sweet. Very un fatiguing mid and top end. The power switch on this amp and many of the vintage flicker. A new switch is on order and will be installed before the amp ships. For sale is a Hafler 2 channel preamp. It is in pretty good condition. Please make sure you look at all the pictures. This unit had a bad bass potentiometer. That has been replaced. All the caps in the power supply replaced with Panasonics. I replaced most of the caps on the audio board except those around the tone controls. The 4 coupling caps on the main board are Nichicon MUse series. It sounds great. The only 2 issues it has are a scratchy treble control. I never use them.
