Here is a lot of 12 of the 2600 farad ultracapacitors like the ones we are selling in other listings. These are the ones we selected out of the other lots because of one or another problem. Roughly 50% have an aluminum stud stuck in one end. Some of which were damaged when we tried to remove them. Maybe 20% have the stud broken off as seen in the photos. You may be able to remove the studs with care and some penetrating oil. Or you can drill them out and retap or clean out the holes. Maybe 20% show some sign of leakage. I tested some of them and they have around 60-80% of their original capacitance. A few others are just unreasonably dirty or dented, but otherwise OK. All should be good for experimental use at least.
