This auction is for a Maxwell.03uf/ 35kv capacitor; it works fine. It outlasted my Tesla Coil and lived through a few iterations of spark gaps. It is good for a more powerful coil than mine was; that said, the 500 watt coil[9kv@ 60ma neon xfmr] was sufficient to empty the memories of cell phones folks took pictures of it with in the store, lol. It was also awesome in stripping cd's[put em in a microwave for 2 seconds to score them; then hang em over the toroid and ground'em. The Seattle Times got an excellent photo of this process some years ago. The capacitor is 6 x 4 x 2 1/2" and weighs about 3 lbs. It will ship UPS ground; we accept paypal only.

No. 35349) stands physically taller and has lower internal inductance than the(Cat No. 35331) capacitors offered in my other sales. This capacitor was parted from an operational experimental apparatus. And has misc. scuffs& scrapes to its case from handling, but no breaks or cracks; the capacitor is offered in good physical condition- see photos.
