I bought this in May of 2000 and have never used it. It has been stored in a dry warehouse since then. It has not been used, or installed since then. It was bought for a project that I never did get around to start or complete. This capacitor was bought new back in 2000. This capacitor has been moved around and stored in various boxes since I have had it. So there is some marks on the bottom edge from this. There is two small dents from being moved around and dropped. It is not bulging at the ends and there is no leaking of the materials outside of either end of this capacitor. The tightening down screws and washer are present and have not been ... moreused or removed from another capacitor they are the original ones. The plastic shrink wrap material around the outside of the case is in good shape with a few marks near the bottom edge. None of the material is cut or missing or has been removed in any way. The information displayed on the side of the capacitor is: SPRAGUE POWERLYTIC 86D 2500-75 DC 7208 This capacitor is 1 3/8inches in diameter and about 4.25 inches tall plus.5 inch for the two screw on type connection terminals. One terminal is labeled + for positive connection. It weighs in at approximately 6 ounces. I am available to answer questions in the early mornings. Monday through Fridays.
