This is an AnaTek Blue ESR/ Low Ohms Meter. Comes fully assembled in the box. Along with alignment/test resistors and extra banana clips. Used only a few times, still looks like new. This tool measures capacitor equivalent series resistance(ESR) and can measure in-circuit. Measurements can be made that cannot be done with a normal capacitance meter.
