This was found in a warehouse. I believe it is used to clamp onto guy wire or electrical wire and pull it into place before locking it down. The dimensions are: 12 and 1/2 inches long 5 inches top to bottom 1 inch wide The markings on it are: Pat. U.S. Nov. 19. 1910 Canada June 13 1911 Made in U.S.A.
