It truly does have the full 240' as it says, you can still see the flat cut on the end, photo#5, from the factory! The viewing ports on the side shows how much is in it. It is for sending into conduit or walls to"fish" some electrical or communications wire/cable back through by pulling. It is"Used" With Scuffs and Scratches(pictured in many photos) Some Tan-like Paint Overspray on one side, photo#9& 11. The name, description, and UPC decal sticker is wanting to come off, photo#2. Look at the photos. And look close please! It works very well! Winds back up as it should! Does not have the tension puller!
