Scuffs and dings over all surfaces of the tool. All iron/steel components on the lasher show surface rust. Several of the rivets securing one of the cover plates have popped out. The cover plate is bent in the area surrounding the popped rivets. The shopmade/homemade hook and rope carrying strap is in Poor condition with one broken hook latch and electrical tape securing the rope.
